This 8-week program is designed to help your family learn practical ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercising into your lives. This class will meet twice a week. On Mondays, registered dietitian, Maggie Lynch will lead family nutrition from 5:15-6:00 PM then the group will do physical activity together with a certifed personal trainer from 6:00-6:30 PM. This program will also meet on Saturdays from 12:00-12:30 PM to engage in fun, instructor led games, designed to increase your heart rate!
Children must attend with an adult in their family. Evidence shows that weight management programs for children are more efective when the whole family is involved.
This program is ofered FREE to the community thanks to a generous grant by Boston Scientifc.
Program is ofered from September 11- November 4th (8 weeks) Monday: 5:15-6:30pm in studio C AND Saturday: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM on the turf space
