Adults in Stage C will continue to build on skills they have mastered in Stages A and B. Participants will improve their endurance while refining their technique for each of the major swim strokes. It is recommended that adults successfully complete Adult Stages A and B prior to registering for this course. For more advanced swimmers looking to swim laps while receiving feedback on their technique, please refer to the Masters Swim program. Ages 15+
