This is a class designed for mothers and daughters to be introduced to the principles of aikijutsu and jujitsu. They will be introduced to the proper punching, kicking, and blocking form as well as how to fall without getting hurt. Students will also learn some takedowns and throws. This is a full-contact class; there will be simulated combat.  Wear loose clothing; no shoes will be worn during class. Long hair should be tied back.

Daughter Age 9-14 years old
