Every runner's journey starts somewhere and for most, that first goal is completing a 5K.  This Couch to 5K program is an instructor-led class which will take you from being a non-runner or someone who has taken a break from running to completing a 5K in your final week.  This class will involve running workouts, strength training, and education to improve your running ability.
